I recently sent my primary out (i'm waiting for it to be verified now). Is it ok if i send my LOE next week? - how long does it take for amcas to process LOR or is there no processing?

LOR has no impact on verification. It is an independent system. Ideally, you want your letters arriving at AMCAS 1 week before your verification. That way, everything is more or less ready to go at the same time.

Note that people sending out primaries now are experiencing a verification time of approximately 3 weeks.
