So, AACOMAS calculated my GPA's:

3.34 non-sci, 3.11 sci, 3.19 overall

The thing is that I've failed 3 courses as a freshman: chem, phys, and orgo but have retaken them. Was on Academic Suspension for a semester where I took classes a CC. Resumed 4-yr. Strong upward trend. Assuming I get a 30 on the MCAT, do you think I have shot? Anyone else in a similar situation get accepted? Thanks.

If you get a 30 you should have a decent shot if you apply early. However I would recommend retaking some more classes to boost your gpa a bit higher regardless.

If you apply broadly to DO schools, have good ECs and LORs, interview well, and do well on the MCAT with a 30+, I do think you have a chance of an acceptance somewhere. You might consider retaking a few more classes where you got low grades so as to boost your GPAs further before you apply (keeping in mind that the DO grade replacement policy requires that the credit hours be the same or greater), so as to improve your chances somewhat more.
