This is a very strong statement that I need for the debate .
The arguments on the State level ( NH) is getting very interesting. The US Congress & the State legislature is getting the whip. To tell you the truth. I just finished organizing my address book for all the newbie in the Congress2007.
Two nights ago I send them an email letting them know that the bills ( abolition of monopoly /organized dentistry vis a vis organized crime ,should be introduced again on the State House.Jan.3,the House will convene. I am pushing them so hard to schedule a public hearing soon.Emailed all the Legislators. Send them again the links etc..but this time, I told them to circulate my email until it can reach NH Dental Board again. I told them that I am practicing illegal Dentistry since 2000 as there are so many people that comes to me ,the poor, the sick, the disabled etc.. So why is the NH Dental Board does not dare to sue me? You know why? If they sue me ,those patients of mine I'd help will picket the Courthouse & it will be in the news. KNowing how my mouth is they do not dare to cause that as the monopoly will be exposed once I get to the media. This is a leverage that both me & the NH Dental Board have a legal meeting of the mind.
They sue Alaska as there is no big mouth there as big as in NH,nevertheless ADA lost there anyway.
I have been here too long that I got them by the neck. If I am not sick , I can practice here no one is bothering me. I do help people esp HIV/AIDS patients .How ? I have an underground non profit agaencies that refer patients to me esp. in ER condition. I have most of my instruments here. All I need is an Xray / dental chair so I send them to dentists to get Xrays. Before I do extraction I ask them to go to ER & ask for pain killers & antibiotics. Theres a lot of PCP who knows me personally. Now the big secret is out there .I talked to MN before Christmas that I have practiced illegally in NH as one of their requirement is 6 months actively practicing, well my argument is,you did not say whether legally or not ,nonetheless I practiced. I have a long conversation with them. I said ,this requirment you are asking us is like asking us which one comes first the chicken or the egg.Where we are suppose to get the active practice when no one allows us in the first place so I said we got to tell you honestly. Anyway bottom line is it is a case to case basis. It is a law. The MN statutes will be unprecedented , comes between the State law v. administrative policy ,the law overrides the policy. So go people prove your case. What are you waiting for ? the Xmas is over.Talk to them assertively & don't sound subservient.
Everyone must know that WE WE WEare the most needed profession in the US today. If this does not boost your confidence, I don't know what will. They needed US,you? not me. If anyone of you need to use my mouth tell me.
You can come in NH & ask for temp license & I will put a group practice in my name to meet the requirements of MN while at the same time the US Congress are biting their nails. I am going to take a loan for the Xray machine. So you can tell MN you have a 6 months active practice from NH.
My God mga anak sinasayang ninyo ang oras ng mga magulang ninyo. In America ,those squeaky wheels get the grease. In this case not just agrease but a special lube & oil to make you shut up , any board has a threat that no one dares to challenged before, except the 3 Italians in FLA.
The ADA is a monopoly ,they know it, the Feds will go after them violating the antitrust law if there are enough people to get together. They cannot squack. If they squack they are digging their own grave..They can throw a stone to us but we can throw bricks in return. And besides do you know what is the punishment to illegal practice in NH? Misdemeanor B. Fines & good behavior. You get a free public defender to represent you. Good God. How bad that can be.
