I am looking for hand piece (high speed), dental unit and compressor. if anyone is interested in selling it, please let me know. Thanks.

You should check ebay and craigslist. I've seen Chinese made high speeds on ebay for $20. Here in Oklahoma delivery units will sometimes sell on craigslist for $40.
