Need good sites/resources in Cardiology!

I'm having difficulty understanding heart sounds, murmurs, opening snaps, and treatment of different heart problems

There are some good clinical practice guidlines for treatments of different heart conditions at the american college of cardiology:

A more basic explanation of different heart conditions can be found in your basic medical text though.
