These are the rankings with stats from US news. It's based on the school filling out a survey, so you may want to take it with a grain of salt. I'll post the other half in a minute.

the percentage of instate students varies markedly from the MSAR especillay some of the CA and SUNY schools, what gives?

This was a list that was posted last year, and I updated all the ones that I could find the data on (most of them). The asteriks are a hold-over, and I'm not sure what they mean, either. Sorry!
