Why aren't you getting paid to set up a website?
Sure, you could call it non-clinical volunteering. It's not a service orientation activity, though.

Ok, thanks for the help! It is program within my institution that is non-paid. I might get paid if I continue to be part of with this organization, but I am fine with not getting paid however.
