Hey everyone. Just looking for some advice on the DO list I've complied up to this point. Open to suggestions and if I put a school on there that doesn't fit with my stats please let me know! Illinois resident, URM (mexican), disadvantaged cGPA: 3.45, sGPA: ~3.34, MCAT: 502 (cry). 100 Hours of community service at hospital, most of it w/ patient contact. 70 hours of volunteering with a health promotion program for hispanic families. 2 semesters of neuroscience research. Presented research poster. There's more, just don't wanna list it all lol.

Here's my list thus far, trying to keep it around 7 to 8, I'm poor lol:

Burrell COM, Chicago COM, Des Moines COM, Kansas City, Lincoln Memorial, Marian, PCOM, UPikeville-Kentucky,

Thank you all for your help in advance, good luck to everyone applying!

PCOM, KCU, DMU, and CCOM are reaches based on recent numbers, although URM+disadvantaged might open doors (at least try DMU). You should be fine for the other schools.

I'd take off CCOM, PCOM and KCU and replace with higher yield possibilities like ACOM, VCOM, WVCOM or UIW. Leave DMU as a reach.
