Need help for grade entering on AACOMAS; called and they were no help...

Hey guys.

My undergraduate school included the lab portion of biology in with the lecture portion when assigning grades and credit hours. For instance, my freshman year transcript says Biology Lab I Grade: NG (no grade) and 0 credits because it was included in the grading for the lecture, which is listed as Biology I 4 credits, A.

AACOMAS said list the grades just as the transcript lists them but I can't do this because it makes me select an AACOMAS grade from the dropdown box and NG isn't an option. It also won't let me leave it blank, so what do I do????

My labs were technically 0 credits and not graded, since they were attached to their respective lectures too. Some of my records show that the lab is listed as a separate entry, but some don't. I don' t know what my paper transcript looks like. I would just list the classes combined, instead of separate entries for lecture and lab.

as of right now I have them listed separately just like my transcript but simply placed the same AACOMAS grade for both the lecture and lab and denoted 0 semester hours for the lab and 4 total (3+1) for the lecture listing.

I had the same question and they told me to list the ones with 0 credit as pass/fail
