HEY Guys,

I'm going to be applying to dental school nest year and NYU is my top choice...Im for california but I DO want to live in NY.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can increase my chances for gaining admission to NYU ( aside from high GPA/DAT)

Without knowing your stats, no one can tell you anything and not that you should believe everthing you hear on a forum like this. But if your stats are good enough for CA schools, you should have no probelms getting in NYU ;-) just apply early ...

how about your DAT?

your GPA is OK but you have solid ECs and great research experience !
A great DAT score, good LORs and applying early can make you compete for NYU...

I Know my GPA is a bit on the lower end :/ so im hoping my ECs and Research well help me pull through
