need help getting in to osteopathic school

Hi medical students,

I desperately want to get in but I dont know if I will be able to get in please tell me what you think:

Science GPA: 3.0
Overall GPA: 3.5
MCAT: 8 on every section

I am a biology major and psychology minor.
I volunteered in the Emergency room of beth israel medical center in new york and got a great letter of recommendation from a DO that worked in there.
I started my own nonprofitable organization while in college.
I volunteered in a learning program where you teach kids in the community who need help without gettung paid and just volunteering.
I am 21 years old and am going to graduate may 2005.

also my uncle graduated from nycom.

do you think I can get into nycom ro any other school

My sceince grades look like this
Biology I B+
Biology Lab I A
Biology II B
Biology Lab II A
Orgo B+
Orgo lab B
Orgo C+
Orgo lab C+
Physics B-
Physics lab A
Physics B
Physics lab A-
Chemistry C
Chem lab B+
Chemitsry C
Chemistry lab II I took twice I got an F first then I took it in the summer and got an A, (and no I did not cheat)

All orgo classes and chemirsty II and chemistry Lab II were taken in the summer.
