Need help on what school to choose

Hi,
I'm new to this whole post-bac world. and was wondering if you guys can give me an advice on which schools you would chose and why. Please consider the cost, location, acceptance rate into the factor
here are some of the schools I'm planing to apply to but not sure yet...
-Scripps
-Mills
-Montana State
-Penn State
-University of Virginia
-American university
-Bennington
-Desquense (thinking about the dual program with the Masters in Informational health)

anything out of state will always cost 30,000-60,000 annually. That includes room.
