Your stats are about average, so applying to as many schools as you can will really help you out
Woops, meant to quote you. Are there any I'm missing? Just trying to get a better idea. Thanks!I would apply to as many as possible. Being a resident of CT may be helpful for UConn admissions, but with such a small class size, you never know what's going to happen. OOS friendly schools with your stats are mainly going to be the typical private schools, so just look into the ones that everyone already applies to and make sure you have an app sent there.

Honestly, all of the private schools are fair game. Off the top of my head, I see that you didn't include Detroit Mercy or Nova in the list of additional schools to add.
I hear Nova favors heavily on GPA? Mines not the strongest. 🙁

I wouldn't worry too much about what you hear. Even trends aren't always significant. Remember that your application will be looked at holistically.
How many schools do you think is a safe bet at this point?

I applied to around 18 last cycle with above average stats. I had a great outcome with the choice of which interviews I wanted to actually spend money on to travel to. With stats below average, I would aim for at least 18 and 20 would be my goal if financially feasible.
I appreciate the advice! and yeah a lot of people are overly critical about some things but I'm hoping the stats are sufficient to get in somewhere.I think you can get interviews with your stats. Just make sure to apply to 16-20 schools. and then do great during the interviews 🙂 trust me a lot of people on this forum make everything seem really hard and undoable.
Hoping that the AA takes precedence! After a double take, definitely average stats. I mostly had the PAT & TS scores in mind when I wrote below average stats.

I kind of got that vibe too lol, was looking more for just advice on which schools I should add!
Add the universities you are interested in.
That's it.
Okay. Was just hoping to gain some different perspectives!

Thank you very much for the well thought out response, ajj. I will be on the look out for that thread. Unless you happen to have a link?!I agree with Tooth knockn, you have your core list which is good, from there, I would base my choices on cost and OOS acceptances. Places like Ohio that will give you in-state after a year. There is a big thread somewhere that lists those schools. Next look at schools where you would be ok moving to. If you don't want the blistering heat, don't apply to FL schools, for example.
