Posted in what are my chances and got no help. Maybe here it will get some consideration.

So here's my stats and I would like to get opinions so far to guide how I should proceed.

EC: Undergrad SGA Senator
Organizations board committee
2 semesters undergrad TA for A&P I and II lab
~ 150 hours volunteering at nursing home teaching fitness class in undergrad during summer
No research

Should I get more EC?

Experience: 2 years RN, 2 years CRNA

GPA calculated multiple ways (hopefully correctly) based on the differences between DO and MD:

Undergrad GPA: 3.4957 (when do they stop rounding?)
Grad GPA: 3.8
Non BCPM: 3.38
BCPM GPA : 3.71
BCPM Grad GPA: 4.0
UG+Grad GPA : 3.56
Prereq GPA: 4.0
SciGPA UG: 3.586
SciGPA PostBacc: 4.0
SciGPA Grad: 3.86
NonSci cumGPA: 3.577
Sci cumGPA : 3.527

Got some bad marks in nursing school (2.98 for nursing school), wasn't interested and hated the whole thing. Grad school was much better which is reflected in grades. I've taken Microbiology, anatomy, and physiology in undergrad at a 4 year university. Took many great grad science course such as: gross anat, medical physiology, 2 adv patho classes, 4 pharm classes, stats, and other anesthesia related classes. Unfortunately took all prereqs at CC except Chem II, Ochem I/II, and physics I/II (all of which I have yet to take and plan on doing at a 4 year). What are the thoughts on UNE online? Don't have to do it online, but the thought of starting anytime I want is appealing. I would actually really like to go to UNE.

MCAT: Haven't taken it yet but I'm shooting high. But let's say worst case scenario that I make a 27. Would that bar me from admission? Will all that physiology I have help or is that irrelevant to MCAT?

Any advice is appreciated!

I'm confused as to why you need help planning? It's very simple. Take the MCAT and apply broadly, see what happens. Your GPA and EC's are fine. Have a great essay, apply early. Remember, the worst thing that can happen is they tell you NO and you are where you are now. Easy.
