Need help please make me understand

So I'm in a position in my life and I need to speak to someone I figured the best route would be going to see a psychiatrist but I don't know what kind, meaning like if they are the ones that deal with my kind of issues.

My issue is life decision, I am stuck between wanting to study for an exam and go back to school or just work.

I am tired of studying cause I feel like I can't get anything done, but then I want to do it.

I just need someone to talk to, what kind of doctor you think I should be seeing, if anyone can help me, i would really appreciate it.

Your school probably has a counseling center, and it likely has a lot of experience dealing with these same kinds of issues. That's a really good place to start.
