I submitted my application already and now AADSAS is sending me mail saying "you have failed to enter your coursework correctly in the "College Courses Completed" section of your AADSAS application. You listed all of your courses under one term per school, when you attended multiple terms".
I have added my campuses and then under them, I added the courses with the classification as Not Applicable for all. I am not sure what they are saying. If anybody can help me, I will appreciate. Thanks

When you enter your coursework, you first have to choose your institution. Then you list your courses by term, i.e. Fall 2005, Spring 2005, etc. Just click on the "instructions" icon in the coursework section and it will provide you with all the necessary information on how to properly input your courses and grades. Also, make sure you have a copy of your student transcript and enter the name of the course exactly as it appears.

Like he said above, what you are doing wrong is entering all classes under one term. In fact you should enter separate terms for each semester like Fall 2007, Spring 2008, Fall 2009, something like that. The classes you took in fall semester should be under that term and spring semester under another term. They give you the options to choose the terms.

What do you put as the AADSAS grade? When I enter my courses and my grades, the AADSAS grade comes up by itself ( same as the grade I entered under my grade).

Also would like to know if they should be the same, I'm at YorkU and an 80-90 in an A but AADSAS has A- letter grades, and there is no A- at YorkU.

Also, i know it says enter the courses exactly as they appear in the transcript, but what about year long courses? They show in both the Fall and Winter semester boxes, but the grade only appears in the winter semester box??...Should i put only the 1/2 year Fall courses in the Fall semester in AADSAS and put all winter and full year courses in the Winter semester in AADSAS?

Just put the letter grades as indicated on the transcript, it doesn't matter what your percentage and that there's no A-

Also mtron i go to york too, what I did was I put everything under fall term for both fall and winter courses and full year courses, and just put the correct semester hours. It works out, and AADSAS was able to verify my grades and everything, so I think it was done correctly.
