So I recently have been accepted to CCP. I am 17 semester hours away from having a Bachelor's in Health Science, which I can complete in the spring and summer semesters. It will cost me at least $13,000 and money is an issue to my family. I have ~125 semester hours complete already and have finished all the pre-requisite courses. On my resume and app. it says degree expected.

I'm not one to go back on my word, so the fact that it was part of my application is holding me to finish. On the other hand, it would be real beneficial to save the $13,000 and work full-time to help pay for my future debt. Plus I would not even have a break before pharmacy school. Before four years of professional school, taking some time off would be nice.
What should I do?!?!?!?!?

I hope you meant 17 semester hours, not 17 semesters........ ;-)

Call CCP to see if your acceptance was conditional based on your intent to complete the degree. You have some legitimate concerns and issues, and if the school isn't demanding that you complete the degree first, I don't see where it would be a problem. Since you have accrued 125 hours already, I don't see why they would insist that you finish the degree, but I'm not on the CCP adcom so I can't say for sure. However, if the acceptance is conditional based on your earning the full degree, then you should follow through with what you said you'd do.

Thanks for the advice. That's what I'll do.
