Basic stats:

cGPA: 3.25
sGPA: 3.18
***Both factoring in retakes (low GPAs due to a lot of B's, so I can't retake any more science classes)
***Inconsistent grade trend with a minor upward trend during the last year.
MCAT: 29 (10V/10P/9B)

Pre-req grades:
General Chemistry 1-3: A-, A-, A
General Chemistry Lab 1-3: B, C+, B

Physics 1-3: B, A-, B+
Physics Lab 1-3: A-, B, B

Biology 1-3 (lab included): B-, A, B

Organic Chemistry 1-3: B, A-, B (retakes in the latter 2 courses)
Organic Chemistry Lab (only 2 terms offered): A-, B

Extracurriculars (not my strongest point at all, I will try to boost these as much as I can):

Clinical:
-50 hours of hospital volunteering
-40 hours of shadowing

Non-clinical:
-30 hours of volunteering (I will be adding a lot more before and while I apply this summer)
-Working for a year as a General Chemistry Teaching Lab preparator
-I will be teaching and tutoring English abroad in Taiwan for a year starting in May
-I have various hobbies that I have been doing all my life, such as classical piano (started at age 5 and continue religiously to this day)
-Roughly 4000 hours of teaching and leading martial arts classes in high school over 4 years, right up to college (it's a high school experience, but anything is better than nothing in my case).

I know I am not in a good spot and truthfully, I'm not going to be very picky at all with schools. I am okay with getting in wherever, I just want to be a doctor at this point. I am a first time applicant, 25 years old, and a male. I've also already graduated. I already have a job offer in hand for my trip to Taiwan as well as a plane ticket purchased. I will continue to volunteer as my grandmother there is very active in community service through Tzu-Chi, and I will even try to get more clinical experience while I'm there. Additionally, my MCAT score is from the old test, so I probably need to at least try this cycle so that it doesn't become obsolete.

I am not too concerned with the prestige or the "tier" of the school, I just want to get in somewhere. I will probably apply to WesternU/COMP and PNWU-COM as I'm from Oregon and can potentially benefit from any regional bias. I am also probably going to apply to LECOM, MSUCOM, WVSOM, TUORO-COM, among others. I am just starting off this list, and intend to apply *VERY* broadly given my stats and EC's. Does anybody have any school recommendations that would be good for my list? Would newer programs like LUCOM be a good option?

I've added a few schools to the list based on my research. AZCOM, LMU, TUNCOM, ACOM, SOMA, KCOM, VCOM, NSU, MUCOM, and CUSOM. Does this seem like a reasonable list so far?

I think your list is reasonable but you need to apply to more schools. You could add WCU-COM, WVSOM, RVUCOM and Burrell (new school ). Your MCAT is competitive for most DO schools but your GPA is below the median.

I will certainly be applying more broadly. This is just the beginning of what I'm sure will be a long list.

And I appreciate your insight Goro, it's good to know I'm on the right track!
