Px has leftward deviation of the tongue and right sided spastic paralysis, where is the lesion?

CN XII (Hypoglossal) or Hypoglossal Nucleus lesion on the left with a simultaneous left UMN lesion?

Sounds correct... anterior spinal artery infarct on the left side would cause right sided spastic paralysis and deviation of the tongue to the left due to damage to the hypoglossal nucleus or CNXII. I don't think you'd get different symptoms with a hypoglossal nucleus lesion versus the actual hypoglossal nerve lesion since it's not controlling other cranial nerve nuclei like the nucleus of CN VI.
