i would call aacomas and your schools to see what's up
aacomas is pretty quick to post transcripts and update schools if you submit more transcripts down the road

It could very well be that your school never sent your transcripts to begin with.

Let me tell you what happened.
I requested transcript on Aug. 27. And I did not check my application status until Oct. 14 since I had to request my August MCAT score to AACOMAS.
As soon as I sent my MCAT score, I checked on-line application status and found out that transcript was missing.
Like some of you told me to, I called immediately. One mean lady picked up the phone and said that they never got it. I was very upset because my registrar had already confirmed with me that they sent it.
I went to the Registrar with big check because I wanted to request the transcript overnight. It made Registrar guy mad, so he called AACOMAS. Now, nice guy picks up and he says that sorry for the mistake but they have the transcript.
He updated my online status, but it still shows up as pending. I guess it is because I sent MCAT score recently.
So the story is happy ending. Go Blazer Registrar ! I guess I just need to wait longer for AACOMAS to send my application to medical schools.
