Need help with Inf Dz material for Naplex

I am studying the Inf Dz chapter from Rxprep since last 3 days, for 9 hours a day.
To be very very honest, its a lot and very overwhelming.
I find that all the other chapters in Rxprep are so well written, vs Inf Dz is a lot of material and I just don't know what to absorb out of it and what to discard?
Any help to remember and understand the contents of this particular topic would be greatly appreciated.

ID is a broad and complex topic. I would focus on common infections such as pneumonia, sepsis, IAI, and etc and learn the bugs and drugs. To be honest, one section in the Naplex shouldn't make or break you. You never know what questions you will get.
