im under the impression that in california if a pa writes a prescription that on the rx label you can use either the pa name or his supervising presctibers name. is this correct? i swear i read it inweismans law book. but i cant find it again.

It doesn't seem right. but it's California... so maybe? Why would you want to use the supervising prescriber and not just use the PA?
