Need help with solumedrol to prednisone conversion

I have a patient on 125mg q6h solumedrol iv and need to taper to prednisone.

The rule is 4 to 5 but I never saw a dose of prednisone 400mg tapered down.

Can anyone please suggest a dose or a reference where I can look this up.

Thanks dude! Like I already didn't know that! Calculate out the dose. Have you ever seen prednisone 400mg given in a day?
