Need help with StepII exam!

Hey,
I'm taking my step II exam in two weeks. I wanted to know if anyone knew of a good book I could read to review internal medicine. I am looking for something not so long and difficult to read as NMS medicine but something more comprehensive than Boards and Wards/First Aid internal medicine. Also, for those of you whom have taken step II do you think reading such a book would be helpful? thanks!

Boards & Wards is comprehensive enough. Combine with First Aid and pray.

Secrets is a great way to review, easy to get through and is pretty comprehensive.
