Hey guys
In the experience description section for work/activities, what are we exactly supposed to put? In addition to describing what we actually did for the work, should we also add in other things such as the significance of our work/how it motivates us to further pursue medicine/what we learned/something else? In other words, should we write it as if we are writing in a resume, which is more formal and describes only responsibilities of the work, or should I make it more personal by adding in how the work as affected me? Thanks so much!
