I think it would be a good idea for you to learn about the US health system and the political issues surrounding the delivery of healthcare. Not just so you can answer an interview question (and this was one that I was recently asked), but so you will understand better the system you wish to practice in.
There are lots of issues surrounding delivery of healthcare: access to care, physician shortages, reimbursement, managed care, medicare/medicaid, the uninsured, tort reform/litigation....the list goes on and on.
Who knows, once you learn more, you may decide your home country is looking pretty good.

There are some articles on PubMed that have free online access that you may want to look at. They can give you some perspective and ideas on how to answer that question. It's a very complex issue that I'm trying to learn more about myself.
