got stuck on some questions here, need some help
1. a guy comes in with bp 60/40, cvp low, cxr normal, pulse rate 120.
what do you do next? peritoneal lavage or exploratory laparotomy?
2. a 5-yr boy complains of swelling, tenderness on his lower extremity, he is also febrile with restricted motion of extremity, no history of URI but recalls trauma he sustains days ago.. what do u do next? bone scan or MRI?
3. a 23 woman complains of right costovetebral tenderness with flank pain, she is also febrile. what do u do next? blood cultre or therapeutic?
