Need I take English exams?

Since New Zealand dental council has followed Canadian dental Council to test international dentist by NBDE, do we have to pass any English tests , like OET or IELTS, so as to be eligible taking the professional exams? Can anyone plz show me step by step how many exams to pass? Thank you!

I think it’s the NBDE parts I and II along with TOEFL (Test Of English as Foreign Language).
