Hi, I have a masters in counseling psychology and passed the NCE exam 6 years ago...I am now applying to a PhD program and they need my letter saying that I passed the NCE. I cannot find this letter because I have no clue what it looks like. I tried to get NBCC to send me another copy and they won't because they said my scores are invalid. Would anyone be able to send me a picture of their letter, with your personal information blanked out, so that I know what I am looking for?? I would hate to get rejected because of 1 stupid piece of paper!!!! Someone please help!!!

Have NBCC send you a document saying that they won't release scores from over a certain time frame. If they won't, then maybe you consult an attorney who knows about educational law. How can they not release your record to you? I have to release my records to people all the time.

I talked to a supervisor finally and she said she would send my score to the school on an official letterhead. Not sure why everyone else gave me so much trouble, but I am excited to say that there is nothing in my way now for the interview on Tuesday! Wish me luck! Thanks smalltownpsych for your reply, I appreciate it!!
