Hi… I am new to this forum and would like to part of the team. I am a 2008 IMG and have just come to the US in Jan.
I am planning to start preparing for the step one soon as im still waiting for my ordered material to arrive.
As I have browsed thru the forum, I came across a few good posts regarding the step 1 preparation and their schedule. I am in the midst of creating my own schedule but I do have a questions. I would really appreciate some of your opinions especially from those who have successfully completed their step 1 test or from some of you who are close to giving their test.
My main question is regarding the subject physiology and pathology;
Some suggest BRS for physiology and others Kaplan physiology. Is it because one is easier to understand than the other, or if one doesn’t cover all the high yield topics, …?
Some suggest pathoma and some goljan RR ….. again id like some opinions from those who have done both or either one and why they chose one from the other…
I would really appreciate all the opinions I could get before I make a schedule.
Thank you and all the best to all!!
