Resources:
Books
First Aid
OMT Review

Computer programs
Sketchy Medical
Pathoma

Question Banks
UWorld
Combank
Comquest
Practice tests

I've sort have just been blindly studying different things with no thought to structure or goals.

I could arbitrarily say, "Do all three question banks once, go through pathoma three times, go through sketchy medical three times, read through first aid and OMT once."

But that's just pulling something out of thin air.

If you could say something like "I used this resources 4 months from boards, then 3 months, 2 months, 1 months, or this is what I did during class and this is what I did during dedicated and this is how many times I did it," I would appreciate it. Completely flying blind here.

I'll share what I did with the different QBanks and such during my study time.

During class:
don't do anything (if your school doesn't give you dedicated study time, move to next line).

3 Months out:
  • first 2-3 hours of the day (8am to 11am) -- go through First Aid per your personal schedule
  • 1 hour before lunch (11am to noon) -- watch videos (pathoma or Sketchy) per your schedule
  • Lunch (noon to 1pm) -- enjoy life
  • afternoon (1pm to 4:30pm) -- UWorld, 40 questions, untimed, tutor mode. take notes in a composition notebook about the "take away 1-3 sentences" to get that question correct.
  • Review the composition notebook whenever you have a long car ride, sit on the toilet, etc.
2 Months out:
  • Up to lunch, same as above
  • First hour afternoon (1pm to 2pm) -- Uworld, 40 questions, TIMED REGULAR MODE
  • 2pm to 2:30pm -- break
  • 2:30pm to 4:30pm -- review UWorld questions. take notes in composition book
  • 4:30pm to 5:00pm -- review your composition notes. make sure you know the take aways
  • Review the composition notebook whenever you have a long car ride, sit on the toilet, etc.
1 Month out:
  • Up to lunch, same as above
  • Afternoon, same as above
  • You should be wrapping up with First Aid and the video sources at this point
  • Review the composition notebook whenever you have a long car ride, sit on the toilet, etc.
3 Weeks out:
  • Take NBME practice exams every 3-4 days, reviewing them the day after. DO NOT DO QBANKS ON DAYS WHERE YOU TAKE PRACTICE EXAMS.
  • Off days (days where you don't do practice exams): UWorld, 2-40question sets a day with review. Split into AM/PM assuming resources are done.
  • Review the composition notebook whenever you have a long car ride, sit on the toilet, etc.
USMLE: good luck

(1-2 weeks between USMLE and COMLEX)

COMLEX time: 2 weeks out:
  • Morning (8-11): Go through OMG OMT videos, clinical videos, and post-lesson quizzes.
  • Morning (11-noon): read the corresponding chapters in Savarese (if necessary)
  • Lunch (noon-1pm): enjoy life
  • PM (1-2): COMQUEST Qbank OMT questions
  • PM (2-4): review Qbank. Take notes in composition notebook
  • Review the composition notebook whenever you have a long car ride, sit on the toilet, etc.
COMLEX time: 1 week out:
  • Finish OMG OMT
  • Finish COMQUEST OMT questions
  • Take the OMG OMT full length practice COMLEX test
  • Take a practice NBOME exam within 1 week of your exam. Only one is necessary
  • Review the composition notebook whenever you have a long car ride, sit on the toilet, etc.
COMLEX time: good luck

n=1 but I think COMBANK (and Savarese depending on your learning style) are wastes of time and money. You'll get more pertinent and up-to-date HY information by using COMQUEST and OMG OMT.
