Um no, the dean never spoke to you so there's no way in hell that he put anything on your official record. Don't be foolish I wouldn't put that on my application as well, it would make them think you're a con and when you answer one of their moral questions about letting people cheat they're going to think you're luing.

Yeah, I would find out for sure whether it is on your academic/personal record (call your undergrad institution). If not, they are NOT allowed to talk about it if asked, from what I understand.
