Need some advice regarding practice tests...Thanks in advance

I've got about a week and a half left before i take my exam and I was wondering if you guys know any way to take maybe a half length test or what not. I'm scheduled to take the practice usmle but the only day they had available was the day before my exam so I'm basically using it as a way to get used to the environment. Anyways...so two questions...Where's a good place to take a practice exam, lets say NBME 3 or 4 and do you think its a bad idea to go to the practice exam the day before? Should I just go there and take maybe a block of questions since I did pay for it already and get a feel for the test center and not finish the exam so i don't psyche myself out or what? Thanks guys in advance for all the input.

So we can buy NBME tests online? I've taken two but they were both required by our school...Thats why i was wondering. Thanks again

go to nbme's website and there's link somewhere on buying NBME exams 1-4 for $45 each and take it online at your leisure.
