Hi guys,
So I received an acceptance letter to the University of Maryland a week ago and have to decide if I am going to transfer again. I started at community college and then transferred to a 4-year private school in the state (Which I never wanted to go to, but it was financially wise I guess). This private school is a joke, some professors (in the prereqs) posted the actual exam with its answers before the test day, so all you had to do was to memorize the answers to get an A, yet the class average was a D. I have completely no friends at this school because everybody is just dumb, I am even ashamed of posting where I study on Facebook and when people ask me I always cover it up with "scholarship was the only reason" and stuff like that. On the other hand, it is not expensive, three times less than what I will be paying in the state school, I was accepted to research for next semester, have my volunteering here, and also a job. If I transfer I will have to leave it all and start everything all over again. Also, not all my credits might transfer, and I might have to spend extra time in school. It is a pretty tough choice, but I have to decide by the end of next week.
Please tell what would you do in my case.
Thank You.
