Let's say I have no experience in Bio or most things relating to the MCAT, what are some classes to take ~4 years ahead of time to prepare for the MCAT? What's a good minor for the MCAT?

no need to do anything four years ahead of time. Are you in high school? AP bio, chem, and/or physics would be a good start.

I'm a music major.

4 years ahead of time? Talk about thinking ahead....

The prereqs for most med schools are:
1 year of physics
1 year of general chemistry
1 year of organic chemistry
1 year of biology
1 class in biochemistry

Those also happen to be the classes that will help you the most in preparing for the MCAT.

What would be the best minor in your opinion?

It depends on your university, but at mine, completing the med school pre-reqs was 1 class short of a chemistry minor. So I completed the course and added a chemistry minor to my transcript.

I took only the required premedical classes and found that I had all the knowledge required/covered by the MCAT. It is quite difficult to 'pre-prepare' 4 years in advanced, as you will likely forget much of the concepts by the time you study for it again. I actually took all my pre-reqs in a single year right before taking the MCAT, which I found to be a significant advantage, as the material was relatively fresh in my head.
