1) Is there an increased risk of malignancy in patients with polymyositis? or is that only true for dermatomyositis? According to UW, it's just with derm, but in Secrets it states there is increased risk with both.

2) To screen for abdominal aortic aneurym, do you do US or CT?

1. According to uptodate there is an increased risk of malignancy in both.

2. Ultrasound, with a sensitivity of 95 to 100 percent and a specificity of nearly 100 percent. (uptodate)

Got my exam also tomorrow.
