Need Some Help/Advice...

I am trying to trim down my interview list to </= 10. I am not sure what to do about Vanderbilt or Duke. They have the good name, but I have heard less than complimentary remarks about both programs from residents and faculty at my home program. I have considered cancelling both since I don't realistically see myself at either program and it would save me mucho dinero. Any thoughts?
