I'm in a precarious situation.
What is the best thing I can do in 5 days. (I have a good overall general knowledge of things just not specifics details)

Maybe take the nbme and see if you are passing. No point in taking the real thing if you are not.

I'd honestly do straight questions maybe with just flipping to the topic in FA whenever you get it wrong. Uworld, tutor, 8 to 10 question blocks a day. Sorry about your unfortunate turn of events and best of luck.
