Need some input on when to take DAT!

So I have been studying on and off since June 1 and recently started studying harder and more consistently. I scored a 17AA with a 19 PAT on the first DAT Bootcamp test a week ago. I know I still really need to work on my sciences as they were below average scores. I have limited options to take the DAT (closest test center has only 3 dates left open in August) and am trying to decide if I should schedule it for August 15th or August 28th. Any input and opinions would be greatly appreciated!

August 15th if possible. However, you don't want to take it until you're confident that you can achieve the score you want. August 28th is pretty late..

August 15th tentatively until you get closer to the test date and have a better idea of where you stand. If it's not looking good you can (probably) delay it a bit further, but August 28th would be pretty late. I would re-evaluate in 2 weeks.
