I just took my DAT on 3/10/11.
Here is break down of scores
Bio-18
OC-20
GC-23
PAT-20
QR-16
RC-15😱🙁👎

This is my second time taking DAT..I dont know what happened to my RC score...

Should I retake it this upcoming June..or you think I still have shot at it with these scores..
Just wondering how important the RC and QR scores have effect on getting into dental school..because I think my science scores look good enough..
P.S I am applying to texas schools.

QR is not as important as the other sections, but I believe that RC is really important. There are even cut offs for certain schools for RC scores (I don't think a 15 would meet some of the cut offs), so if I were you I would make sure that my RC score met the cut off before even considering applying.

Honestly, I personally believe a 15 is too low and would retake, but it's all up to you. I'm interested in what others have to say about this.

Call up the dental schools and see what cutoff they have.

I think you're getting test fatigue cause you have really big drop offs towards the end.

IMO, retake. That 15 RC is going to be trouble

unfortunately a retake is in your future. Good job on the sciences by the way. But that RC should be at least above an 18..

The QR and RC scores are noticeably lower than your other scores (which could raise their concern). You are probably not gonna like my suggestion, but I have to be honest. I really think you should consider retaking the DAT to boost you chances.

QR can be low (16) if the other sections are high 20+ .
You should definitely retake DAT. 🙁
