Need step 3 advice

So I’m actually scheduled take step 3 next week. I finished one pass of Uworld and got 60%. I’m repeating the ones I missed and seem to be remembering the questions. I got a 210 on the UWSA. Should I postpone and try to study more? I just completed a week of dedicated study time and probably won’t have the opportunity to have time set aside like that in the future...

For most people in categorical programs, the number ceases to matter (you’ve already matched) in favor of just passing the test. I couldn’t even tell you what I got, I just know I passed. Most interns/PGY-2s taking the test don’t get dedicated study time.

If you are a prelim resident, IMG who didn’t match or in serious danger of failing the exam (I don’t know what the cut off is, but 210 to be honest isn’t an encouraging result) then really take a hard look at your preparation and be honest with yourself about it’s completeness.
