need suggestions on when to apply

So I ended finishing college with a cum 3.2 and DAT score of AA 20 TS 20 PAT 21 which means my gpa is on the low end. So my dilemma is that I am trying to get my 2nd recommendation letter from my professor this summer quarter which means my app would be considered complete in the end of august, and it will mean that I will be considered applying fairly late into the cycle. I would like some suggestions whether I should apply this cycle, which means submitting my app around the end of august, or apply the next cycle so I would have a better shot at dental school considering my low gpa and applying early instead. Any thoughts? Thanks

Submit now, turn in letter later. Money not an issue apply anyway. Most people apply in July/August I think. Everyone on here applies in June though.

Or get letter from someone else.

You should do it no later than the end of August. This is what the schools would tell you too.
