need to help with vulunteer/shadowing

Hello everyone,
I am new to this forum. I am thinking to apply for PT program but I am not sure if this is the right career for me. Could you give me some advices about where I can volunteer/shadow to learn more about physical therapy? I am currently living in San Jose, California.
