you have nice science scores. you and i have the same TS and same bio score. what happened to the rest of the test... Were you having a bad day. did you eat enough during the break?... because you did the first section of the test so well. Nice science GPA. Nice Overall GPA. Dont be depressed. I exactly know how you feel.
Get CDR for verbal; and CDP for pat and CDM for math. math its all about just knowing the formulas and applying them. Apply for this cycle and see if you can get in... if not no big deal just take a week of then retake the exam.
You are only seeing the negatives. I am gonna help you show you the positives of taking the dat again.
-you will be Def. able to improve your science scores since now you know whats going to be on it. and where to focus right.
-with enough practice from kaplan book, topscore, achiver, and CDR for reading you will be def. able to improve your reading score.
-practice problem from CDM and the rest of the stuff above above will surely increase your MATH SCORE... But here is the biggest plus next time you take a math exam you will have calculator.
-PAT: is nothing but practice... i mean on my test i dont know about angles and cube counting but every other section on my test, i seen them in kaplan, cdp or topscore

I won't sugarcoat this, you pretty much shot yourself in the foot. May i ask what you used for prepping?
With that high of a gpa, you MAY still have a chance, but it will be slim. I Since you won't be able to retake for another 3 months, you MAY i have to reapply next cycle.
At this point, i would recommend forgetting about d-school admission, focus on school. IF you get call for interview, then get back in the game.
I am sorry things turned out this way, DAT is not a tough test, just put some time in to it and i am sure a person as bright as yourself will overcome it.

definitely retake...with some practice you can easily boost that PAT to a 20

I'd retake but use another source but kaplan for the PAt, I felt the practice questions I got from Kaplan for PAt were not as hard as the real ones....great for everything else tho
