If you're not a professional student enrolled in the LSU or UCD program, what makes you think you should be allowed to have access? Even alumni of a US veterinary school lose access to their alma mater's student resources after graduation.
Rather than ask a student to risk expulsion from the program for compromising the security of their school's intranet, contact the school and request access. If you have a legitimate reason, they will either accomodate your request or point you in the direction where the information is freely accessible to the general public.
Alternatively, you may have better luck if you are looking for specific veterinary educational software/syllabi/etceteras if you contact the person responsible for the information you are looking for. Lastly, don't neglect
VIN as a huge resource for information/educational materials/etceteras and the relevant threads here.
