Need your help! IRB study: Discussing topics of anti-racism, diversity, equity, and inclusion with patients

Hi everyone--I am a fellow and medical education masters student at Yale working to study topics of anti-racism, diversity, equity, and inclusion (ARDEI). We would appreciate your participation the survey below--the survey asks about your thoughts on discussing topics of ARDEI with patients and any facilitators and barriers to discussing these topics. Your responses will be very useful, as they will help us determine where to direct curriculum efforts on topics of ARDEI.

The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and is IRB exempt.
