need your help,please

hi everybody,
i m certain about top n bottom programs in my rol.however, i m very confused about middle ones.my only objective criteria is opportunities for cards felloship.what i noted during my interviews at these progs was that cards is difficult to get at all these progs.and I am an IMG with no research experience.I know that my chances of ending up at any of my top 3 choices are low(they r Uni of Minnes,UT SanAntonio n Uni of Arkansas).so i will probably end up at any of these middle progs.can you help me to make a decision how to rank them?u all have helped me a lot since beginning.i just request it one last time.my own plan right now is as below.

2. uni of oklahoma
3.texas a&m(though private,cards placement ismuch better than some other progs)
4.stony brook
5.UMDNJ camden
6.Uni of Kansas
7.LSU shreveport
8.Uni of tennesse memphis
9. UMDNJ newark

Go with what you have right now. You interviewed at these places and know what factors are important to you. If you have specific questions about the places someone may be able to answer them....but otherwise only you can make your rank list.
