Hi everyone,
After transferring from a community college to a four year university I have been getting fairly good grades and my gpa seems to be on a upward trend, however I have been at the four year university for only two semesters so far and in each of those semesters I unfortunately had a W, one in a math class which I retook and got an A in and one in a literature class. Subsequently as a result of dropping these classes I only took 13 credits in each of these 2 semesters. How much of an negative impact will these Ws have in the future when I apply to medical school?

Avoid W's in your prereqs. I think it is a different story to Withdraw from Ochem repeatedly. These are not the end of the world, but you should probably not have anymore if you can. Someone else will chime in on the matter I'm sure.

Two won't kill you, and you have an upward trend going for you, so med schools will realize that and recognize the improvement. I've had friends with 3-4 Ws in the 3.5/510 range manage to get into some lower tier schools... 2 will not keep you out, but definitely do not take any more Ws as 3 is slowly creeping up into the questionable range

Not a problem, just don't keep doing it

None. Now chill.

That anyone will microanalyze your transcript if you have high GPAs is doubtful, but if one did, they might like to see a more rigorous schedule result in academic success to reassure them you can survive the rapid-paced, intense environment of med school.
