Negative impact of not having a non-science faculty LOR?

I am currently in the process of reaching out to my non-science professors to write an LOR, but I've run into difficulties getting into contact with them. I have met the minimum letter requirements for most schools I'm applying to.

Disregarding schools that require a non-science faculty LOR (which I may or may not decide to drop sending secondaries for), is not having a non-science faculty letter detrimental to my application? Thanks for all your input!

I'd say only if the school specifically asks for one. I wish the requirements were not so specific 🙁 the combination of letters different schools want makes it difficult.
