I was recently accepted into a program I really wanted to attend and am very excited to start later this year! I accepted my offer the day I received the A, and received a notification about a partial scholarship 2 days later. While it is a substantial amount (and I am very grateful) I was hoping for more, as when I talked to a current student a few months ago, they mentioned that typically students receive a greater amount than what I ended up receiving. If I reach out to the admissions office and request a larger scholarship even though I don't have any leverage (meaning I don't have offers w/ scholarship from other schools that I can use to negotiate + I already accepted this school's offer of admission), how likely am I to get more money?
